In order to ensure that players are remaining active, activity proofs will be submitted monthly. An activity period runs from 00:01 AM on the 1st of each month to 23:59 PM on the last day of the same month, Eastern Standard Time (EST). All tags counted towards activity must be posted during that activity period, but the threads themselves may have started prior to the relevant activity period. However, the same thread cannot be used over multiple activity periods.
Players will be reminded to submit their AC one week before the activity check, but late activity will not be accepted. Activity will be processed as it's posted to give players time to correct any errors in submission, so please don't post your comment until you have full activity (or a hiatus note)! All activity proof must be submitted by 21:00 EST on the last day of the month.
Players may mix and match the above to any effect, as long as it meets the two proof requirement (e.g., 10 network comments and 5 log comments, or one open log and 10 network comments). "Reasonable effort to reply" to an open thread is defined as responses to some or most of the replies accrued on an open thread.
Players on hiatus may only use a hiatus to exempt them from Activity Check once every three months. Players who have posted their hiatus before the monthly SOTG post need not post check-in AC on the Activity Check page. Players who take a retroactive hiatus after the SOTG post has gone up should post a "hiatus" comment to their Activity Check sub-header to ensure their hiatus notice isn't missed.
After acceptance, please respond to this post with a 'top level' that has your name. Reply to that top level with sub-headers for each of your characters. Then, when AC is due, reply to that top level with the proof of your activity (for the first month in-game, activity is waived and replaced with the NEW CHARACTER FORM).
