In thanks for your mechanically minded question, here is a cat ready to play with your gundam's hydraulics.

To your first question, the Adamant's crew does not have a garage of adequate size to hold a gundam. Outdoors, it would have its paint stripped by the elements — though the gundanium itself would be acid rain resistant per our special metals rule (just like vibranium) — and it would likely see some overgrowth if it were unmoved for a stretch of months.

While it may fit somewhere under the leviathan in the basecamp, it is likely that the Adamant's crew would try very hard to disassemble it for parts. (A nuclear reactor would be very useful to their continued survival on this planet, and there is the good of the many to consider!) We feel that these are all important considerations to bear in mind regarding its storage. If it went too long unmaintained in the basecamp, we would ask that you allow parts of it to be scrapped by the crew, requiring more substantial repairs to get operational again thereafter. The definition of "too long" depends on much Gaelio is willing to butter up the engineers; someone who volunteered their labor, for instance, might be able to get away with a 3-month window of disrepair.

To your second question, it is indeed 1:1. Your AC item drop would keep the gundam operational, but would take continuous (every 3 months) AC bonuses to upkeep.
