Hey mods! Some character-specific questions for you -
For magic that relies on drawing on energy from other dimensions, is it okay to assume a character can still access the same dimensions as power sources and interact with magic in the same way? Also interested in this in the context of things like: do planes like the astral and mirror dimensions exist alongside this world's material plane and, if yes, can they be accessed or would that count as interacting with the setting itself and throw off some funky results? Similar question, would he be able to use magic portals or would that fall foul of setting manipulation and wind up with some dodgy results too?
I'm very fine with any powers being either inaccessible due to context or made messy by setting interaction! Just want to get a bit of a handle on what aspects of his magic are going to stay the same and which are going to be influenced by the powers setup here so I don't mess up while threading.
