Please bear with us, we are canonblind and this situation sounds a bit complicated! It seems as if both these characters essentially timeshare a body and eventually 'merge'? If that's the case, as long as both 'personalities' are clearly delineated in the application (also, if abilities differ between Ryo and Satan we would ask that you detail those and identify who can do what) we don't take issue with you playing out this gradual progression!
As for nerfing: we only ask for nerfs when the character abilities would be world-breaking, so things like regeneration/healing or wings/etc wouldn't fall under this! We're thinking more a character who could alter the reality of a place (let's turn Ethyraia into a strip mall in the 80s!) or terraform an entire planet if that helps provide you with some context! Abilities that affect only the character themselves wouldn't be an issue, so please don't worry too much about it! Feel free to list your character's abilities as they are in canon and if needs be we can chat about how to nerf them (we don't consider this to be 'revisions' in the classic sense, it's more a conversation!)
As an example from what you listed, being able to grow plants that would rapidly change the setting or structure of the game would be something that we would potentially look at nerfing, as the resource scarcity and innate difficulty of adapting to the setting is an element of what we have built the concept around! We aren't averse to changing down the line, but we'd rather it be gradual rather than immediate, if that makes sense.
