She would be able to see the wreck of the Adamant from the top — it's only about five miles away, and due to the height of the Leviathan and the size of the planet reducing the grade of its curvature (no, it's not flat!) as well as her undoubtedly robust, cat-like vision, she should have no difficulty in picking out minor details from this distance!
Mostly, she would see strange forests, trees, distant mountains and a network of cliffs that lead to the ocean. She would also be able to see the ocean itself that the NPCs draw their water from (via a piping system, to be desalinated in the camp). She would not see any above-ground cities, signs of civilization, or other wrecks or ruins. She may see odd standing stalagmite-type structures to the far north that look like odd insect hives... but whether or not she would be interested in exploring them would probably take a plot request!
